Attention Texas Customers

The Public Utility Commission of Texas has implemented a plan to mitigate the impact of COVID-19
on Texas electricity customers who are experiencing genuinely dire economic hardship as a result of the pandemic.

Customers who receive assistance through SNAP, Medicaid, or have been granted unemployment benefits with the Texas Workforce Commission are eligible. Eligible customers must contact the third-party administrator, Solix, at 866-454-8387 for more detailed information and to apply.

To prepare for the application process, please download your most recent invoice and make note of information found on your Account Details page.

Attention Connecticut Customers

If you need financial assistance to pay your electricity bill, you may be eligible for a COVID-19 Payment Program based on a recent order of the Connecticut Public Utilities Regulatory Authority.

This Payment Program will be administered through either Constellation or your local utility, depending on who bills you for your electricity supply service. No initial or down payment will be required, and payments may be spread over as many as 24 months with no additional fees or interest charges.

Attention AGL Customers

The disconnection moratorium in the AGL service territory will expire, and AGL will resume working marketers’ disconnection requests as of July 1, 2020. 

If you have received a disconnection notice from Constellation and have not paid or contacted us prior to July 1, 2020, you may be disconnected for non-payment.
