How do I update my profile information?

You can use My Constellation to update limited details about your profile, such as your email address and password. On a computer or tablet, please click on your user name in the upper right corner and select My Profile. On a mobile phone, please click the menu icon in the upper right and select My Profile.

Once on your My Profile page, you can edit your email address and password. Click on the edit icons to update each field.

How do I set up my email preferences?

You can use My Constellation to update communication preferences for each of your service accounts. To do so, visit the Account Details page, and make selections in the Communications Settings section. Options in this section will be based on the location of your service account and choices available in your area.

May I receive my invoices in Spanish?

Yes. You may elect to receive your invoices, and other important documents from Constellation in Spanish. To do so, please contact Customer Care at:

Can I change my billing address on My Constellation?

Currently, you are unable to change your billing address on My Constellation. If you would like to change your billing address, please contact Customer Care at:

Where would I find my contract details?

You can find your Contract Details under the Account Details tab. Log into My Constellation, then click on the Account Details tab. On the right side, you will see the type of plan you’re enrolled in, the length of your contract, when the contract starts and ends, as well as your current rate.

Can I change the email address associated with my account?

Yes. You can change your email address associated with your account. Log into My Constellation, click on your username in the top right corner and select My Profile from the dropdown. On the My Profile page, you will be able to edit your email address.

How do I change the name on my account?

If you would like to change the name on your account, you will have to call Customer Care at:

  • GA Residential: 877-677-4355
  • TX Residential: 866-917-8271

Name changes due to marriage or divorce will require a driver's license or social security number. For customers changing their names for reasons other than marital status, re-enrollment in a plan or additional documentation may be required.

If you wish to transfer your account to another person, the current account will be canceled, and the new account holder will be enrolled in a plan. A deposit may be required from the new account holder, depending on their credit history.

Can more than one person manage My Constellation account online?

A service account can be associated with one profile, and only that person has the authority to manage that account.
